# How do I delete my account and data?

Email hello@thetap.shop from the address you signed up with, and we will delete your account, your page and the data we hold about you. Cancel any paid plan in Billing first.

To take your page offline without deleting anything, just [unpublish it](https://thetap.shop/docs/publish-your-page). See [the privacy notice](https://thetap.shop/s/privacy) for your rights over your data.
