# Account and privacy

Signing in, your password, cookies, deleting your data and reporting a page. Your visitors see no cookie banner because we set no cookies for them.

## Set it up

1. Sign in with email and password, a sign-in link, or Google.
2. To delete everything, email us from your sign-up address.

## Limits and downgrades

One login runs one page, apart from team pages. Custom domains are not available yet.

- [How do I sign up or sign in?](https://thetap.shop/docs/sign-up-and-sign-in.md): Use an email address and password, or continue with Google. If you would rather not use a password, ask for a sign-in link by email instead. Everything is on the sign-in page.
- [I forgot my password. What do I do?](https://thetap.shop/docs/forgot-password.md): On the sign-in page, press Forgot password? and enter your email. We send you a one-time link that signs you straight in, and you can set a new password from there.
- [Can I have more than one page on one account?](https://thetap.shop/docs/more-than-one-page.md): Not yet. One login runs one page. The exception is team pages, which a business can create for its staff.
- [Can I use my own domain?](https://thetap.shop/docs/custom-domain.md): Not yet. Every page lives at thetap.shop/your-name. Using your own domain is on our list.
- [Do you use cookies or show a cookie banner?](https://thetap.shop/docs/cookies.md): Your page shows no cookie banner, because there is nothing to ask about: we set no cookies for visitors to your page. Analytics are counted without them. Our own site shows a small notice saying so.
- [How do I delete my account and data?](https://thetap.shop/docs/delete-your-account.md): Email hello@thetap.shop from the address you signed up with, and we will delete your account, your page and the data we hold about you. Cancel any paid plan in Billing first.
- [How do I report a page or impersonation?](https://thetap.shop/docs/report-a-page.md): Use Report a violation, with the page address and what is wrong. For impersonation, include something that shows who you are. It is one of the reports we act on fastest.
- [How do I contact support?](https://thetap.shop/docs/contact-support.md): Email hello@thetap.shop. A real person reads every message. Premium accounts get priority support.
