# Analytics

How many people open your page, which buttons they tap, how many save your contact, and where they came from. Counted without cookies, so nobody sees a banner.

## Plans

- Free: Views, taps, saves, sources, countries, devices, total tag taps; 7 or 30 days
- Pro: Adds taps per tag, shop views and top products
- Premium: Adds 90 days, a comparison with the period before, per-product detail and CSV export

## Set it up

1. Open Analytics.
2. Pick 7 or 30 days.

## Every option

## What customers see

Nothing. Visitors are counted, never identified.

## Limits and downgrades

Counts of visits and taps, not of people. Nobody, us included, can see who visited.

- [What does Analytics show?](https://thetap.shop/docs/analytics-explained.md): Views, link taps, contact card saves and which links people use, over the last 7 or 30 days, with the countries, devices and sources they came from. If you own NFC tags, taps on them are counted too.
- [Can I see who visited my page?](https://thetap.shop/docs/who-visited-my-page.md): No. Nothing we record identifies a person, so nobody can see who visited, us included. You get counts, sources, countries and phone-or-computer. If you want to know who someone is, ask them on the page.
- [Can I see which tag was tapped?](https://thetap.shop/docs/tag-analytics.md): Every plan shows the total number of tag taps in Analytics. Pro and Premium also show which tag got them, such as Table 4 with 41 taps and the window sticker with 12.
