# Design

How your page looks: a template, your logo, background, buttons, font and the order of everything. 12 of the 28 templates are free, and your brand colour carries through every one.

## Plans

- Free: 12 templates, colour and gradient backgrounds, white buttons, page layout
- Pro: All 28 templates, photo backgrounds, fonts, patterns, every button and header style
- Premium: Everything in Pro, a seasonal theme and 4 custom themes a year

## Set it up

1. Go to Customise and pick a template. Hover to preview it.
2. Upload your logo in the first step. A square image works best.
3. Change the background, button style and font if you want.
4. Move blocks in Page layout.
5. Press Save. Until you do, it is a draft only you see.

## What customers see

Your page in your look. A paid page shows a small seal by the name: your button colour on Pro, gold on Premium.

## Limits and downgrades

If your plan lapses, the paid controls lock but your page keeps the design it has. A seasonal theme stops showing.

- [Why aren’t my design changes showing on my page?](https://thetap.shop/docs/design-changes-not-showing.md): Customise is a draft. Changes there show in your preview but reach your live page only when you press Save. Discard throws the draft away. Every other section saves as you type.
- [What are seasonal and custom themes?](https://thetap.shop/docs/seasonal-and-custom-themes.md): Premium pages can switch on a seasonal theme that changes with the calendar on its own. Premium also includes 4 custom themes a year, designed for your business: request one from Customise.
- [What is the badge next to my name?](https://thetap.shop/docs/verified-badge.md): Pages on a paid plan show a small seal next to the name: in your button colour on Pro, and gold on Premium. It tells visitors the page belongs to a paying business.
