# Staff app and phones

A web app at thetap.shop/staff with three screens: Shop, Scan and My QR. Pair a staff phone or the till iPad with one scan and it can give stamps without your password.

## Plans

- Free: 1 staff phone
- Pro: 5 phones, plus stamps by staff
- Premium: 10 phones, plus stamps by staff

In the dashboard: Loyalty cards → Open the staff app; phones in Team

## Set it up

1. In Team, press Pair their phone under a team member, or Add a shared phone.
2. On that phone, scan the QR code, or open thetap.shop/staff and type the 6-digit code.
3. On the phone, choose Scan, point it at a customer’s card and press Add a stamp.

## Every option

## What customers see

Nothing changes: they show their card and staff scan it.

## Limits and downgrades

A paired phone can show your page, scan cards and give stamps, and nothing else. It can’t edit anything.

Scan the QR code on the customer’s loyalty card and their card opens with an Add a stamp button. Each press adds one stamp.
