# Tags

Things customers tap with their phone to open your page, leave a review or collect a stamp: Review stand £29 (2 for £49), Loyalty tap £39, Business card £9, Keychain £6. We set each one up before posting it.

## Set it up

1. Go to Tags and pick what you want.
2. Choose how many (up to 10), add your name and postal address, and press Order.
3. We email you to arrange payment, then post it set up for your page.

## Every option

## Limits and downgrades

Tags keep working after a downgrade. If your page is offline, a tap goes to our homepage. One order open at a time.

- [I lost a tag. What should I do?](https://thetap.shop/docs/lost-a-tag.md): Press Report lost beside it in Tags. A lost tag does nothing when tapped, so whoever finds it can’t use it. Your other tags keep working.
- [Do my tags stop working if I cancel?](https://thetap.shop/docs/tags-if-plan-lapses.md): No. Tags work on every plan, including Free, and keep working after a downgrade. Only per-tag analytics need Pro.
- [Why doesn’t my phone react when I tap?](https://thetap.shop/docs/tap-not-working.md): Hold the top of an iPhone, or the middle of the back of an Android phone, flat against the tag for a second with the screen unlocked. iPhone XS and later read tags on their own; on Android, NFC must be switched on in Settings.
