# Team pages

A page for each person who works with you at thetap.shop/your-name/their-name, in your look. You create it, they claim it and keep their own details up to date.

## Plans

- Free: 3 team pages
- Pro: 7 team pages
- Premium: 10 team pages, then more for a monthly charge

## Set it up

1. In Team, press Add a team member and type their name.
2. Copy their setup link and send it to them.
3. They open it, choose a password and run their page.

## Every option

That person’s page, with their own links and booking, in your design.

## Limits and downgrades

After a downgrade, team pages over the limit stay live for 30 days, then go offline until you upgrade again.

- [How does a team member sign in?](https://thetap.shop/docs/team-member-sign-in.md): With their username, such as acme-priya, which the business owner can see in Team, and the password they chose. Team logins have no email address, so a forgotten password is reset by the business owner: Team → Reset password, which makes a new link.
- [How many team pages can I have?](https://thetap.shop/docs/team-page-limits.md): Free includes 3 team pages, Pro 7 and Premium 10. Premium can add more for a monthly charge per extra page, shown on the pricing page.
- [Do team pages show my shop?](https://thetap.shop/docs/team-pages-and-shop.md): Yes. If your business has a shop switched on, team pages show the same products. You can switch the shop off for any one member in Team. Team members can’t edit the products.
