# What do the loyalty card settings do?

Stamps needed sets how many stamps fill a card (3 to 20). Delete unused cards after sets how long a card can go without a stamp. Rewards expire after sets how long a reward lasts. Most rewards a customer can hold (1 to 5) caps how many unused rewards one customer can bank.

Changing a setting never takes away something already earned: a reward keeps the expiry date it was issued with.

There is no wait between stamps. Staff add one per press after scanning a card, and each tap of a Loyalty tap carries a fresh one-use code, so refreshing the page or opening an old link gives nothing.
