# What happens to loyalty cards if my plan changes?

Every plan includes loyalty cards, so cards keep working after a downgrade. If you switch loyalty cards off, the same pass in each customer’s wallet shows your shop card instead, and their stamps are kept. Switch back on and every card returns where it was.

Rewards already earned stay valid until they expire, whatever happens to the card or the plan.
