# How do I publish or unpublish my page?

Press Publish in your dashboard. Until then your page is a private draft that only you can see in the preview. Press it again to take the page offline; nothing is deleted.

An unpublished page shows visitors nothing, and some features wait for a published page: [Add to Wallet](https://thetap.shop/docs/add-to-wallet-button) and binding an [NFC tag](https://thetap.shop/docs/what-tags-do-you-sell) both need one.

Unpublishing is safe for a quick fix, but anyone who taps or scans while it is offline gets nothing, so keep it brief.
