What is The Tap Shop?
The Tap Shop gives a business one page at thetap.shop/your-name with everything a customer needs in one tap: links, a menu, reviews, a contact card they can save, opening hours, directions and a loyalty card. Customers reach it by tapping an NFC tag, scanning a QR code or following a link.
It is built for a café, salon, barber, shop or anyone who meets customers in person. A customer standing at your counter taps your stand with their phone, and your page opens straight away: no app, no sign-up, nothing to type.
From the page they can:
- follow you on Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp and the rest,
- leave a review, see the menu, book or order,
- save your details to their phone contacts in one tap,
- add your card, or a loyalty card, to Apple or Google Wallet,
- see if you are open now and get directions.
You run it from a dashboard with a live preview. Getting started takes about five minutes: see how to create your page.
