Loyalty cards

A stamp card your customers keep in Apple or Google Wallet. Staff scan it at the till and press once per stamp, and the last stamp gives them a reward to use on the spot. Nobody downloads an app.

Plans

Free

Premium

150 customers, raised on request, plus tiers

In your dashboard: Loyalty cardsOpen your dashboard

Set it up

  1. Go to Loyalty cards and press Turn on.
  2. Set how many stamps earn a reward, and write the reward.
  3. Pick the card colours and the stamp drawing.
  4. Open the staff app and scan a customer’s card to give the first stamp.

What customers see

A card in their wallet, updating on its own as staff stamp it, and a reward to use at the till when it fills. Your page can carry a Loyalty card button, and thetap.shop/your-name/loyalty lets them add the card before their first visit.

Limits and downgrades

When the limit is reached, new customers see that cards are full and everyone holding one keeps collecting. A card’s first stamp takes a place; a deleted card frees it. Cards keep working on every plan.
