Can customers get my loyalty card without tapping?
Yes. Your page has a loyalty card page at thetap.shop/your-name/loyalty where customers can add the card before their first visit. Put a Loyalty card button on your page from Links → Add more, or from My Kit → Loyalty cards.
Until you own a Loyalty tap, that page lets customers join a waitlist instead. You see how many joined in Analytics, and nothing about who they are.
