How do loyalty rewards work?
The stamp that fills a card adds a reward to the customer’s rewards, and the card starts again straight away. Rewards wait until used, up to the most you allow (1 to 5). With that many waiting, the stamp that would earn another is held back until they use one.
The customer ticks one or more rewards and presses Use in front of staff. Each one goes grey and says Used, so it can’t be used twice. Rewards can also be saved to their wallet.
A reward that expires unused simply disappears from their list. You set how long rewards last in the loyalty card settings.
