How do loyalty cards work?
Customers keep a stamp card in Apple or Google Wallet. Each visit they tap your Loyalty tap tag and a stamp is added; the card updates and notifies them. The stamp that fills the card adds a reward to their rewards and the card starts again. Staff watch them use rewards at the till.
- The customer adds your card, from your page or their first tap.
- Every visit, they tap your Loyalty tap and collect a stamp.
- The last stamp adds a reward to their rewards, and the card starts again straight away.
- They tick a reward and press Use in front of staff.
No app and no paper cards. To start, see turning on loyalty cards.
