Can staff add a stamp by scanning a customer’s card?
Yes. On a phone signed in as your shop, point the camera at the QR code on the customer’s loyalty card and open the link. Their card opens with an Add a stamp button. Each press adds one stamp.
The QR code is on the card in their wallet. On their phone’s card screen it is hidden until they press Show code to staff, which is also how you help a customer whose phone can’t save the card to a wallet.
Two coffees is two presses. A stamp you add also restarts their wait between stamps, so they can’t tap your tag straight after and collect the same visit twice. Anyone not signed in as your shop sees the card only, never the button.
A reward saved in their wallet has its own QR code, which opens that reward with its Use button. Let the customer press it in front of you. See how rewards work.
